Hi, I’m Dr. Veeda Ahmad — a pelvic floor physical therapist and birth doula serving families in Central New Jersey. I’m also a mom of two busy toddlers (ages 3 and 2), so I intimately understand what it means to navigate pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and motherhood while still wanting to feel strong in your body.
Motherhood reshaped not only my body, but my perspective on healing. I know firsthand the physical demands of pregnancy, the vulnerability of postpartum recovery, and the desire to return to movement safely — whether that’s lifting your baby without pain, rebuilding your core, or training for something bigger. Most recently, I completed a half marathon — not as a race against time, but as a testament to what intentional, progressive strength and proper pelvic floor rehabilitation can make possible after birth.
Through mobile pelvic floor physical therapy and birth preparation services, I specialize in helping pregnant and postpartum women address pelvic floor dysfunction, core weakness, pelvic pain, and return-to-activity concerns. My work blends evidence-based pregnancy physical therapy, birth prep education, and postpartum rehabilitation to help women move confidently through every stage — from preparing for labor and delivery to rebuilding strength after birth.
Based in Central NJ, I share my home with my husband, our children, my parents, two dogs, and a cat. Life is full, beautifully busy, and grounded in movement. In my free time, you’ll find me running, strength training, or enjoying long walks with my family — because staying active isn’t just something I teach, it’s something I live.
