I’m Dr. Veeda Ahmad, and currently being in my second pregnancy, I intimately understand the significance of staying active for expectant mothers. My passion lies in working with pregnant women, guiding them to stay active, preparing for labor, easing into delivery, and supporting their return to activity postpartum.

Nestled in Central New Jersey, I share my home with my two dogs, a cat, my husband, my parents, my 2 year old daughter and my 1 year old son. In my free time, you'll find me enjoying walks with my daughter, working out, and running. As a family, we cherish outdoor moments, spending our summers near bodies of water.
